Particuarly attractive 2 bedroom (1 x double, 1 x twin) 2 bathroom traditional villa conveniently located on the eastern edge of Sesmarias close to the villages of Ferragudo and Carvoeiro. This property is particuarly suitable for a family with young children as all the accommodation is on one level. The sitting and dining areas both have sliding doors to the terrace, pool and BBQ area. The heated pool (8m x 4m) and terrace are surrounded by an attractive garden full of flowering shrubs and the whole plot is bordered by a high screening hedge which provides complete privacy. A quite location yet within a very short walking distance of local restaurants, bars and shops. The closest beach, Caneiros has an excellent beach side restaurant and is only a 5 minute drive away on the road from Sesmarias to Ferragudo. The Pinta and Gramacho golf courses (voted in Europe's Top 100) are also only a short 5 minute drive from the villas.

The villages of Carvoeiro & Ferragudo are both just a 5 min drive with the larger town of Portimao and historic town of Silves both just a short car ride away. There are many beautiful unspoilt beaches in the area, however the closest is Caneiros with it`s excellent beachside restaurant. Just 5 mins down the road are the two 18 hole courses, Pinta and Gramacho with Penina, Boavista, Alto and the new championship course at Morgado all being within a 15 min drive. For families and beginners the attractive 9 hole Vale de Milho course is just east of Carvoeiro near to the Rocha Bravo complex. For further family fun there are two large water parks both within a 5 min drive of the villa and Zoo Marine is only 20 mins away. For a more relaxing day take a drive into the mountains to the beautiful spa town of Monchique de Caldas or for the shopaholics head to the Algarve Shopping Centre. For a nightlife lovers the lively resorts of Praia Da Rocha & Alvor are just a short taxi ride away.
