Close by the typical and historic 'Barrio El Carmen', this second floor apartment was completely renovated (July 2008) with new and modern furnishings. Fully equipped for 4, internet access (broadband), air-conditioning, TV plasma, DVD, cable TV, etc. Airport metro access in just 45 minutes (change once, @ €1.80) or taxi 15mins. Train Station 5 min walk, beaches, port (America´s Cup) and City of Arts and Sciences in 15 mins direct bus (3 min walk). Ferias (one of Spain's foremost trade centre) approx' 20 mins via metro. There is a great choice of restaurants and tapas bars literally on the doorstep
