In the very romantic villages/towns like Puenderich, Reil, Zell, Traben-Trarbach and Cochem you can enjoy the Jugenstill-style and medieval castles. A swimming pool is in Zell, just 4 miles away as well as a large shopping center. Specially for the cyclers is the 'Moselratweg', from Metz to Koblenz. Your cottage is located just in between! In Reil (2 km.) you may rent a kano. Enjoy the Kanonenbahn, part of old railway from Berlin to westfront. Visit Burg Arras (Alf), Burg Metternich (Beilstein) and others also with museums.
