Lake Berkley Resort is a private gated enclave of homes surrounding their own private clubhouse and recreational amenities. These consist of a private 13-acre lake with observation and fishing deck, swimming pool, volleyball & tennis courts and a beach. An ideal spot to relax and let the kids play. While maybe mum and dad cook lunch on the lakeside barbeque facilities.

  • SECURITY DEPOSIT
    Upon arrival ALL guests are required to register at Orlando office. At that time, we will take an imprint and authorization of a major credit card for $250.00 or cash deposit of $1,000.00 as security against negligence, theft, damages, or additional charges. We will advise guests in writing and process the charge to their credit card if damages, losses or additional charges are incurred.
  • Optional Extras
    Pool Heater - from £90.00 per week ($175.00)
    We recommend that you take this option between the months of October through to March if you wish to use the pool. Electric pool heaters are expensive to operate. The pump turns on whenever the pool filter is on for approximately 7 to 9 hours a day. The desired water temperature is set at 86°F. However, if the air temperature drops below 50°F, the pump will not be able to operate as they rely on sucking warm air in as part of its operation. Although the pump will still be operating, it will not be able to heat the water. Unfortunately, the operating cost remains the same and no refund can be made. In saying that, the normal average temperature does not drop below 50°F. If you use the pool blanket supplied, when the pool is not in use, this will help the pool to retain its heat. If you wish to use a Jacuzzi in the summer months you will need to pay for pool heat.

The Perfect Home for Your Walt Disney Vacation

This home is perfectly located in a very private, yet comfortable, community. It's only a few minutes drive to all of the Disney attractions, and only a 1 1/2 Hour drive to some of the best Atlantic Ocean Beaches. Although the owners are easily accessible if required, they have enlisted the services of one of the best management companies in the area to make sure the house is maintained and managed. Although this subdivision is centrally located to shopping and the Disney attractions you will want a vehicle to get around to enjoy the area.
