Equipment : Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. The place is fully furnished included Cd player, cable TV and alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equiped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one large bed 140 x 220cm and a sofa bed 140 x 200cm. There are also a brand new bathroom and toilets inside the apartment and a kitchen opened to the living room. Area: The place is located right in the center of Paris in the second district. It’s very well located because of the touristic places nearby: - 5 minutes by walking to the Louvois Square. - 10 minutes by walking to the Place of Opera and the shopping place of “Galeries Lafayettes” and “Printemps”. - 10 minutes to the Tuilerie Garden, the Palais Royal, the Louvre Museum, the Seine River and Notre Dame. - 2 minutes to the nearest metro station “Quatre Septembre”. The area is safe and quiet.

Lo mejor la ubicación, podríamos decir que está situado 2 o 3 calles mas allá a la altura entre Vendome y Opera. Justo en la esquina de la calle esta la parada de metro de 4 Estaciones y para llegar al Louvre andando lo hacemos en 10 - 15 minutos.
Aunque el edificio es antiguo el piso está reformado y actualmente se encuentra tal cual se visualiza en la WEB.
Bien equipado y con todo lo necesario para una gran estancia en Paris.
Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Good value for money, very nice

We stayed is this apartment with our parents - so 4 of us. In my opinion, the flat is very good located (close to Opera and 2 minutes to the metro station Quatre Septembre), is cosy and very clean and has all the necessary equipment. However, it is more suitable for 2 people rather then for 4 as the sofa is not very convenient to sleep on, and the flat is not big.
5 minutes walk there is a supermarket where one can buy food, and just several steps outside the flat there is a wine shop. Very nice brasserie just a step away on the cross-road.
We did not have a chance to see the owners, but everything was well-organized - we received very helpful instructions in advance. In the future it might be more useful to meet the person closer to the apartment if possible.

Anyway, we enjoyed our stay very much, so many thanks to centerparis for welcoming us in your beautiful city.

This appartment was not available when we stayed in Paris, but the owners offered another one, comparable to this, to us. Everything worked fine: correspondence was very sympathic, booking worked fine. We got all the information we needed in due time before our stay. The appartment was clean, with modern furniture, in a newly renovated condition, and a fully equipped kitchen (even wine glasses and a screw driver). It looked exactly as shown on the pictures.

There was enough space for the three of us. And even though it was located in a lively street with lots of shops and bars (we tried some of them - very nice!), it was very quiet. Metro station is in 3 minutes walking distance. Supermarkets, baker shops, ... there's all you need for living just around the corner.

Thanks for everything - we will come again!
