Please notice that the apartment and the furniture are brand new. This beautiful loft of 65 sqm is fully furnished. There is a large room which can be separated in 2 rooms, a new bathroom with a bath and a shower, toilets (one downstairs and one upstairs) located inside the flat and a kitchen opened to the living room. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There is one double bed (140 x 190 cm), one single bed and one sofa bed (140 x 190 cm).

The place is located right in the center of Paris in the 3rd district : the “Marais” area. The nearest metro station is only in 1 minute by walking : “Arts et Métiers” station. There are several food stores nearby, coffee shops and restaurants. - The museum of “Arts et Métiers” is in 1 minute by walking. - In less than 2 minutes by walking you can reach to the “Republique” place with stores (famous for clothes), coffee shops and restaurants. And the “Canal Saint-Martin”. - In less than 15 minutes by train you can reach to “Notre Dame”, “Louvre” museum, “Opera” place. The area is safe and quiet.

Terrific place!!

This is an awesome place to say. Clean, central - not far from rue montorgueil. You can walk everywhere. Only issue is that there is no aircon so very hot and sticky in summer. Otherwise though I would highly recommend!!

Our view of this apartment

We stayed in this apartment in June 09 and while the actual apartment looks like the picture, the fact that we had little information provided in the unit, and several items that did not function, or that we were afraid would break at any moment made this our least favorite of three apartments rented during our vacation in France.. First, the coffee maker did not work, second we could not get the stove to work, and there were no special instructions provided on the stove. No instructions at all provided by the owners. All faucets from kitchen sink to both sinks in the bathroom were loose felt as if they could break at any time. Too few linens. Only 4 towels and no hand towels. Other than the issue listed, the location was great with some very nice restaurants and market, but would not stay in this apartment again.

We are sorry you had few problems using the stove and didn't find the instructions provided in the cupboard (in the kitchen).
We provided you a mobile phone number and are reachable at any time of the day so feel free to call us for any problem.
We are a little bit frustrated not to have been able to help you if we have known at time it would be diferent.

Excellent place to stay

This is a beautiful, luxury apartment from which you can explore the whole of Paris. Sleeps max. 6 people. We stayed here with a family of 5. Good beds, ample space in the kitchen. Metro just 100 meters away, stop Arts et Metiers. Enough shops and restaurants in the direct area. Less than 10 minutes walk to Centre Georges Pompidou. Undergroundparking is only 5 minutes walk away, VINCI carpark Saint Martin, approx. 25 Euro per 24 hours. It is not cheap but it is safe. Parking on the street in Paris is hardly an option, unless you want someone else to use your carbumpers!!
This place is the perfect spot to explore Paris!

Lovely apartment

My friends and I very much enjoyed our stay in this very tidy, modern apartment. There was plenty of room for 5 people and the well equipped kitchen meant we could make our own food to keep the costs down. There is a handy supermarket just around the corner.

The apartment is well situated within the 3rd district, which meant we could walk towards the centre of Paris if we were not in a hurry or just as easily catch the metro.
Good value for money with a group of people!
