Please notice that the furniture and the equipment are brand new. The flat is very bright and covers a space of 95 sqm with a living room with a separated kitchen, three separated bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The place is fully furnished included CD player, and TV set. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, linen and kitchenware are provided. There are two double beds of 140 x 200cm, two single beds of 90 x 200cm, a sofa with three seating and a sofa with two seating. An extra mattress can be added for a 7th guest (10 Euros per day).

This very bright flat is located inside Paris, very near the Bastille – Marais areas. Bastille and Marais are located only 5 minutes by walking. The flat has easy connections with the major tourist attractions such as the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame (10 minutes), Champs-Elysées (20 minutes). It can be reach easily by every airports and train stations. The flat is very bright. Walking distances from the apartment are: 2 minutes for the nearest metro station (metro stop Ledru-Rollin) and bus. The area is safe. For several days or more, benefit from the large space of the apartment with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Had a great stay in this apartment with my family (6 adults). Apartment had plenty of room and was really close to supermarket, metro and a brilliant market (Marche d'Aligre). We were easily able to walk to the Bastille and even tubed out to Place de la Concorde and walked back via the Louvre and Notre Dame. Excellent location!!

There are lots of stairs up to the apartment but there is a small lift if you don't fancy them.... the floors are all floor boards so a bit creaky and we heard children running around on the floor above but didn't detract from our enjoyment of the stay!

Ate in two good restaurants: Le Tournebievre (nr Notre Dame) and Les Grandes Marches (at the Bastille) - both delicious!

Great apartment - shame about scaffolding/ banging

The apartment was great, spacious and close to the restaurants and bars. However, it would have been nice if we had been warned (and a perhaps a reduction offered) about the scaffolding which spanned the whole building. Plastic covers had been attached so we had no view at all so this made the apartment a bit dark and 2 of the 3 mornings of our stay, we were awoken at 8am by 3 men banging outside, chipping away at the building.

The cuttlery drawer came apart everytime you opened it which could have been fixed easily.
Apart from this, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent Appartment for holiday in Paris

The accomodation is a modernized flat with all the facilities you can possibly need. There is tons of room throughout the flat. Your are on a main road but you'll hear very little noise. The flat has plenty of light and is in an excellent position for travel within Paris. At street level there is a supermarket, bakers, cake shop and a host of other shops so you can get your holiday essentials without worrying about carrying them all around Paris. The neighbourhood is friendly and clean. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the Metro. Or you can carry on and spend another ten minutes walk to Bastille. From Bastille we walked down to the Seine and walked up into the centre of town regularly. The whole journey only takes 40 minutes and your outside the Louvre. Paris itself is much more pleasant a city than London and I should know I live in London. It has much to offer. Other than the ubiquitous queuing for the major tourist sites. You cannot lose booking this apartment in Paris, especially when you consider the high season costs of Hotels. I highly recommended it.
