This brand new ground floor apartment offers the ideal central location for a holiday in historic Lagos. Furnished to a high standard and family friendly with a video entry system. The apartment offers a patio area with a built-in BBQ. 5 minutes walk to the marina and the centre of town where you will find a host of fantastic shops, restaurants and bars. 10 minutes walk to Batata Beach & Meia Praia and a short drive away from Praia Dona Ana (the most photographed beach in Europe), Praia de Luz, Sagres, Silves. The condominium also boasts a large shared pool, children's play area and landscaped communal gardens. The bus station is a 2 minute walk away and is an easy and inexpensive alternative to hiring a car. However, if you wish to hire a car there is an allocated secure parking space in the basement. There are several fantastic golf courses all within a 15 mins drive and a selection of supermarkets around the corner.

Nearest Airport: Faro at 80 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Lagos at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A22 at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres
Car: not necessary
Lagos, once the capital of Portugal is steeped in history and culture. The apartment is 10 mins walk to Batata Beach. Praia Dona Ana (the most photographed beach in Europe) and Meia Preia are a short drive away or Meia Preia accessed via a small ferry boat in the summer months. Praia de Luz 10 minutes drive, Salema 20 minutes drive, Zaviel 20 minutes drive. There are also some fantastic beaches for surfing and body boarding on the west coast including Armmado about 30 minutes drive away. Local buses run several times a day to most of these locations. There a number of outstanding golf courses within a 15 minute drive including Palmares, Parque da Floresta, Boa Vista and Penina. Faro airport 50 minutes drive. Car hire is available from the airport and recommended if you wish to do a lot of travelling and some fantastic sightseeing. Car hire can be arranged by us, as can Airport transfers. Lagos train station is a 5 minute walk and Lagos bus station a 2 minute walk.

Perfect Location and well appointed apartment

We have just had a fantastic week in this apartment - it was well presented, clean and very welcoming and the Sky TV was a bonus too. Having been to Lagos a few times previously, we found the location to be excellent - good for main town, marina area and the main beach - Maia Preia is about a 10 minute easy walk away, or alternatively can get ferry boat across. The pool area was nice too, slightly busy, but it was school holidays so this was quite acceptable. There are quite a few small cafes nearby offering very cheap food for breakfast, but its also within easy reach of all restaurants in town area and a number of supermarkets. The underground car park was a plus point too, as our car stayed cool and it was safe, with no extra parking charges added on. You could easily stay here without a car though if you could get from the airport to Lagos by train, bus or taxi. We will definitely book again - great stay and good value too and constant sunshine in July! Excellent.

Great location and apartment

We have stayed at this apartment twice now and have recommended it to family and friends. It is in a great location close to restaurants, bars and cafes but not too close to hear any of the noise. Apartment has everything you need and is always extremely clean and well looked after.
Lagos is a great town and there are some beautiful beaches close by that must be visted. We shall be returning!!
