The villa is surrounded by a large garden with trees, far away from city traffic.
The tranquillity of the area guarantees a pleasant stay and is ideal for maximum rest and relaxation.
Forget about parking problems: in our garden there is ample space available for your vehicle.
The villa has been recently renovated and refurnished with quality modern furniture.
We have two apartments available.
The first 'VIP Suite'is very big (160 square metres) and occupies the entire main floor. It can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.
The second 'ViP Panorama'is a little smaller (60 square metres) and is on the second floor. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
In the 'VIP Suite' there are three rooms with big beds, a main bathroom and a secondary bathroom. The kitchen is very modern with a bar “look”.
From every window there is a breathtaking view of the Dianese Gulf.
Every room is equipped with a colour TV. There is also a Hi-Fi system that transmits music to every room.
A covered terrace is accessible from the family room and kitchen.
In the 'VIP Panorama' there is a bedroom, a large family room with two double sleeper sofas, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a storage room for baggage. There is also a 12 square metre terrace which has a table, chairs and an umbrella where it is possible to admire the breathtaking view.
Also available to our guests in the two apartments is an ADSL 1280 Kbit/sec Internet connection which can be used free of charge to surf the net and check e-mail.
The villa also has WiFi coverage, therefore, it is also possible to connect to Internet, free of charge and without time limits, utilising your personal notebook computer.
The garden is ideal to work on your suntan: for your pleasure we have two relax zones with sun beds, tables and large umbrellas.
It is possible to eat outside, on the terrace or in the garden: the area behind the house can comfortably accommodate a table of 20 people (the area is covered by a marquee). Also available to our guests is a large wood oven and a barbeque area.
