You are only a 5 min walk from the city center, Funchal Cathedral, Museums shops and the famous flower market. This 2 bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and second bedroom with 2 single beds that can become a double. View of pool area and mountains with a modern/classic decor. This apartment is in a private gated complex and the use of the pool is for residents only. It also comes with its own parking space undercover. Balcony with table and chairs.

  • If you wish to stay for more than 7 nights and less than 14 nights, the rate is calculated at £50.00 per night.example 11 nights in October will cost £375.00 +4 nights at £60.00.
    A deposit of £100.00 for any breakages or damage will be required at time of booking,which is refunded upon completion of stay if non of the above have occurred.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date will incur loss of full monies paid less your security deposit of £100.
    Cancellations made outside of 14 days before your arrival will incur a £50 penalty charge.
    A deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking to secure your stay.
    Full payment is required at least 4 weeks before your arrival date.
