Perfect for a romantic or family holiday. A selection of good tavernas both fish and traditional lamb and pork dishes are available. The Cretans really are very friendly and welcoming. You are assured of a wonderful welcome. The historic Venitian City of Chania is merely a 30 min drive or bus drive away. It is a shopper’s paradise with markets, walkways and harbour. Further in land experience traditional Cretan Villages. There is so much to see in this area you will want to come back. Great holiday!

This was our first time in Crete. we had such a wonderful family holiday. The website says on the beach! It really is!
Our two teenage children often walked into the centre of Kalives to enjoy the livelier beach. We enjoyed the secluded beach right outside the apartment.
There is a taverna with good food right next to the apartment or you can walk into the centre of Kalives where there is a whole range of tavernas. This is not a location for noisy night life and the worst young tourists. It ideal for a romantic geta way or family holidays. we just loved it. The apartment itself is extremely well equiped, modern and even has two bathrooms, important for a family. We have no hessitation in recommending this apartment. A cut above the rest !

We had a perfect holiday here. We loved it. The apartment location is fantastic, ON the beach yes... and yet with in easy walking distance of taverna's and the centre of Kalives. Bus stop into Chania (well worth a visit) is right outside the apartment.
The apartment is clean, modern,chic and even supplied with sun beds for the beach. The website doesnt do it justice. A wonderful relaxing holiday. We didnt even hire a car.
