The house is centrally located, 1 minute walk from the village centre and 5 minutes from the beach, yacht club and golf club. The house is self catering and comfortably sleeps up to 14 people, it is available as a holiday rental all year round.

The picturesque village of Abersoch, near Pwllheli in North Wales is ideally located for all of the beaches in the Llyn Peninsula (Abersoch, Llanbedrog, Hells Mouth, Aberdaron) or the mountain pursuits of Snowdonia. There are numerous attractions in the local area, from all types of watersports (sailing, waterskiing, surfing, kite surfing), to stunning golf courses (at Abersoch, Pwllheli and Nefyn). To a multitude of country pursuits including horse riding, walking, shooting and fishing. The nearest town, Pwllheli, has a marina, supermarkets, funfair, go karting and leisure centre - plus a weekly market. Slightly further are the North Wales castles of historic Criccieth, Caernarfon, Harlech and Conwy.

Linen /Towels: Unfortunately linen and towels are not provided. All beds have duvets and pillows, hence require bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. Double room (x 3) require double bed sheets and king duvet covers. Singles (x 8) are all single linen. Also, there is no cot provided - we find guests prefer to bring their own.

Spacious house near the centre of town and beach

A house that can sleep fourteen and yet is easy walking distance to shops, pubs restaurants and beach. A brilliant spot. The table football was an added bonus for the kids. Loads of room. Clean but not prissy.
What more can you ask for. Thanks for a great week.

Weekend break

I recently spent a long weekend with friends celebrating their 40th birthday. There were 12 adults and 5 children under 5 and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room and the children loved the bunk beds at the top of the house - so did the adults because of the fantastic views. I would definately recommend this property to anyone visiting Abersoch, it was an easy one minute walk to the nearest pub and just a short walk to the beach. The property was very clean and well-maintained, and there was a note from the housekeeper offering to come in during our stay if we needed any further cleaning carried out. We made use of a few of the pubs and restaurants, particularly enjoying the Mexican at the far end of the village and Angelinas the italian restaurant near the house, although the service here was a little slow. We tended to eat around 6pm so there was no trouble getting a table without booking however it did get quite busy later on and I would recommend you book if you want to eat at a particular restaurant at a particular time.

Lovely large house in Abersoch, highly recommended

We stayed here for Christmas 2008 and this beautiful and spacious house made it extra special. We loved everything about it, there was enough room for us all, and that was three generations aged from 4 to 74. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was clean and well equipped; we managed Christmas dinner for 12 without a hitch. (Tesco’s from nearby Bangor will deliver if you order online). The rooms were modern and well decorated, the beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were great sizes with stunning views of the sea and St. Tudwal’s Islands.

Abersoch is a fantastic location. Gorgeous beaches, lovely walks and a great base for exploring the beautiful Llyn Peninsula. The beach, harbour and shops are within walking distance with more than adequate shops including a great butcher, a few small supermarkets and there’s even some retail therapy for shopaholics with Fat Face and White Stuff amongst the many quirky surfer shops. There are also lots of quaint café’s, restaurants and pubs to enjoy.

Whether it's for a family getaway or a group of friends, summer or winter, we would highly recommend this lovely house.
