Luxury two bedroom apartment situated on the third floor with access by lifts or stairs. It has an open plan living/dining area leading out via patio doors that open onto a large sunny balcony equipped with table, umbrella and chairs to relax. The balcony has superb sea and pool views catching the sun all afternoon until sunset. There is a 27 metre swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols for guests use. Underground parking with lift access to all floors. Geroskipou village famous for it's traditional pottery and sweet making-Cyprus delights. It is a very tranquil place, full of traditional Cypriot tavernas in the area. A very popular place to relax.

Nearest Beach: beach at 4.0 Miles
Car: recommended
Large private residents swimming pool (27 metre) surrounded by a large paved area with sun loungers and parasols for the use of residents and guests. The area is bordered by attractive landscaped gardens with palm trees and numerous shrubs. Allocated undercover parking space. The local beach is Geroskipou Beach, 5 minutes by car, or 20 minutes walk along country lanes. Car parking is free. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire at a small daily charge. This beach never get overcrowded. Paphos Airport is 10-12 minutes by car, taxi to the apartment. There is no aircraft noise. Local taxi driver available to meet and pick up guests from Paphos Airport to the apartment.

The village of Geroskipou is 5 minutes walk away. In this traditional village square you will find Byzantine church. It is the only church in Cyprus with 6 Domes. You will also find Small shops and cafes, also the only village where Cypriot delights are made and sold. The main Tourist area is Paphos town centre and harbour for shops and restaurants, only 10 minutes by car.
