The 2 fincas are situated on a self-contained estate in the meadows of Cala Comte in the southwest of the island, your privacy is secured in a Mediterranean garden surrounded by hedges. You can reach Playa Cala Comte by a 10 minute walk. There are several more secluded bays well suited for swimming and snorkelling. Hikers and bikers can use several paths to reach other beautiful bays, Cala Bassa as well as Cala Tarrida. In about 10 minutes by car you can reach the picturesque village of San Jose and in 20 minutes the vivid town of Ibiza with it’s well-conserved historic city centre and the sports and amusement areas. On the premises you can relax in the garden, in the shade of pine trees or on the terrace. If you like the sunshine you can rest on the terrace around the pool. At night you can enjoy the illuminated pool and garden. The fincas were completely renovated in 2005. It has 2 sleeping rooms, living room with kitchenette and direct access to roofed terrace and garden.

Rental rates for the Finca Romantica in Ibiza, Spain

Notes to the rental rates

• Given price is for 2 persons. Each additional person Euro 8/day (maximum 4 total). For final cleaning Euro 100 is charged. From November 01 2006 to March 31 2007 preferably monthly letting € 1000/month, additional expenses, gas and electricity, are to be payed by renter.
  
• Minimum rental period is 1 week. For confirmation of reservation the tenant pays a down payment of 20 % of the rent and costs for final cleaning. A security payment of 300 Euro is due at the time of check in. The security is paid back completely if after final cleaning no damage is established. Please take care in using oils, crèmes and other products, which could spoil sheets, cloths or furniture. Check out time on the day of departure is 10 a.m..
