Villa Georgianna is privately located in a lovely green residential area ideal for summer holiday rental. The house is divided into 2 separate apartments with each 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and terrace, thus perfect for e.g. two families. This private villa with its own pool is situated in a beautiful rural setting on the Costa Blanca between Moraira and Calpe - a romantic place. Although quietly situated it is within easy reach of Calpe, Moraira and its beaches, shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The private plot occupies approximately 750 sqm with very nice views of the green area. Several golf courses are nearby and all other summer sports are offered nearby. The main airports are Alicante (80 km - 1 hour driving) and Valencia (110 km - 1 1/2 hour driving). The villa is reached easily through the motorway and another 15 minutes drive towards the area. All in all, this place is ideal for family holidays offering all facilities required.

For moving people, mountains like the Peñon in Calpe or the Montgó in Denia are challenges. For water and animal friends trips to Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Mitica or an attendance in the Safariepark are worthwhile trip goals. Likewise the travel after Guadalest or to the Capo de la Nao - The easternmost point of Spain. Local activities: diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding Driving time from Villa Georgianna to next beach is 2 minutes (small beach Cala Advocat) or 10 minutes to both Calpe and Moraira.

Lovely house with all facilities

The house is located in a lovely area. The house was clean and equipped with all necessary accesories. The pool is huge and we enjoyed a lot our holidays. Everything was perfect, except the old tiles on the pool terrace are not so nice.
