Our newly acquired family home lies overlooking a small turtle sanctuary with a lakeside view. No expense has been spared in decorating our home for the most discerning couple/family. Romantic candle lighting can be found throughout together with luxurious towels and linens. The South facing screened heated pool and spa, ideal for the sun worshipper, is an excellent place for early evening cocktails and watching the beautiful Naples sunset. There is outside lighting and a covered outdoor kitchen perfect for alfresco dining with overhead fans and seating for 4 -6 people. The heated pool and spa have night lighting. Ideal for a midnight swim. Our private security operated gated community provides communal pool, clubhouse, play area and is situated only 3 miles from the beautiful Gulf beaches, elegant shops and restaurants of Olde Naples. There are 2 televisions inside and 2 outside. There is an en-suite bathroom and one other full bathroom. There is a very well appointed kitchen.

Elegant Naples is a shoppers paradise with numerous designer shops and elegant boutiques. The 'Village' in Venetion Bay and The 'Waterside shops' are both pedestrian friendly and here you will find Gucci, Saks, Louis Vitton, Tiffany to name but a few. Naples has 10 miles of sugar sand beaches with amazing sunsets. There is also boating, fishing and cruising from the Pier. Dining in Naples is a gastranomic delight with a vast array of elegant restaurants to choose from. Orlando is only two and a half hours away. Marco, Captive and Sanibel islands are within easy reach of Naples as are the Everglades, Keys, Fort Myers and Beautiful Sarasota. Great food stores can also be found within an easy few minutes drive from Briarwood. Publix for day to day shopping and the wonderful Wynns for great seafood and speciality/delicatessen foods. Fort Myers airport is an easy 30minute drive away and Miami airport is approximately one and a half hours drive. For golfers, there is no better place to be!

I would thoroughly recommend this lovely home. We stayed here with our two children in August. The kids loved the pool and the south facing lanai meant we got plenty of sun which was much appreciated. We spent most days at the beach and enjoyed the use of the beach umbrella and chairs left at the villa. It is very well equipped and furnished and we look forward to staying again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Naples. Furnishings were gorgeous and everything was new and the house was in pristine condition. The home was fully equipped and lacked nothing. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and seating area and bbq'd every day.

There was absolutely nothing we could find at fault with this beautiful home.

Highly, highly, recommend this home and loved Naples. We hope to be able to visit again.

My wife, our two kids (8 and 6 years old) and I have spent a magnificent week at this adorable home which was at least as nicely decorated and well equiped as shown on the photo's and described in the add.

Having stayed in a lot of nice hotels and holiday villa's over the last few years, this one was an absolute winner. So we can highly recommend it.
