Villa Oceane has been designed and decorated to echo the Mediterranean Sea laid majestically before it. From the crisp white walls with curved ‘Santorini’ style edges to reflect the heat and keep the house cool, the carefully chosen palette of blue furnishings and accessories, to the private pool set at the edge of the terrace to blend into the sea, Oceane has a luxurious beach house feel to it, combining comfort and glamour with the most stunning views. Located in the quiet, unspoiled village of Tsivaras, you are just a five minute drive away from the busier beach town of Kalives with many amenities and wide sandy beaches. The rural track leading to the villa ends in a fairly steep gradient at the car park set to the side of the house. But as you enter this beautiful villa you will completely appreciate it’s elevated position as you catch your first glimpse of the unrivaled views across 12 villages and Souda Bay.

The small, quiet and unspoiled village of Tsivaras has few local amenities, a small mini market and an olive oil press, however the Villa is ideally placed between the beaches of Almirida and Kalives and the working town of Vamos. The ancient City of Xania is approximately 25 kms away. Villa Oceane makes an ideal location for those wishing to have a peaceful, relaxing, secluded holiday enjoying the private pool and stunning views, and still be close to a good choice of tavernas, cafes and shops. Explore the area by foot, or if you prefer choose a mountain bike which we can provide along with descriptions of great bicycle tours. The property easily sleeps 8 persons.   • Villa Oceane has 1 double bedroom on the ground floor, 2 twin bedrooms on the 1st floor (beds become doubles) and bunk beds in the purposefully designed hall recess, typically found in French beach houses. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have ceiling fans, with antique wardrobes for ample storage space. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished in white and shades of blue, and fitted to a very high standard. The ground floor bedroom has a terrace with hammock, and steps straight to the pool. The 1st floor bedrooms share a large, partially covered terrace enjoying amazing views of Crete, and furnished with a hammock, over sized chairs and a Moroccan rug, perfect for star gazing at night. We offer a weekly maid service for change of linens and towels, but recommend you bring your own beach towels. The cost of air conditioning is included in the rental rates.
