Villa Hibiscus is a modern villa set in the heart of the popular village of Plaka and only 1000m from the sandy beach of Almyrida. Just 3-4 minutes walk from the village square offering a choice of excellent tavernas with traditional, home cooked food, cafes and mini markets. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach in Almyrida, this villa is a great choice for those seeking value for money, beautiful views, and easy access to the many local amenities. A mature bougainvillea in vibrant purple trailing over the wooden pergola above the entrance terrace provides a bright splash of colour. The walls throughout the villa have been painted in cool white and the floors tiled in a neutral cream, giving the house a light and airy feel. To make sure your stay is all the more enjoyable, there is a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, including washing machine, iron & board, doubled glazed throughout, air conditioning unit in the main bedroom and living room.

Villa Hibiscus is located on a residential road in the village, with pretty village style houses either side and to the front of it. There is an olive grove facing the front of the house. From it’s position at the top of the hill, the houses below are staggered so the views from the top terrace are stunning, they are however, partially blocked from the ground floor. If you are looking for a modern, comfortable house with wonderful views and in easy walking distance to the traditional village square and the beach, Villa Hibiscus is perfect for both families or couples. In the village of Plaka, easy walking distance you will find good local tavernas with home cooked food. You will also find good place to eat in Almyrida all along the beach road. Almyrida also offers some watersports on its golden beaches.
