The modern separate kitchen features washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and full oven. It is fully equipped. The two large terraces have fantastic views over adjacent hills, mountains and the Mediterranean sea. Secure garage parking is available. The exclusive Reserva del Higueron development features beautiful sea views, with country club with spa which includes, large indoor swimming pool and restaurants and the apartment has access to private residents gardens with large infinity pool, smaller pool and large pond set in lovely gardens with views to the sea. It is 15 mins from Malaga airport.

The apartment, although deep in the peace and beauty of Resrva del Higueron with its magnificent gardens and two lovely pools, is located just minutes from the motorway which gives access to exploring all the Andalucian cities such as Tarifa, Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, Malaga and Seville. Fuengirola is but 10 minutes drive away and the famous 'white' village of Mijas 15 mins. Benalmadena marina is close by together with the many attractions around the historic Pueblo. Marbella is 15 mins along the motorway, with Gibraltar a further 1 hr and Tarifa a further 30 mins with beautiful Atlantic beaches. From the apartment it is but a 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches (it has just been awarded the blue flag for cleanliness) with all the chiringuitos to relax and enjoy the excellent fish dishes and a glass of wine. \excellent shopping areas, water parks and Tivoli gardens and other entertainments are all closeby as are excellent golf courses and restaurants
