One bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4/5 with king size double bed, and a sofa bed. Air conditioning, toilet and shower room, terrace leading to a private lawned garden. Fully equipped kitchen, including: coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board and washing machine. The living room is open plan leading off the kitchen area with dining table and chairs, sofa bed, coffee table. The apartment has a TV allowing use of a DVD player (no TV Ariel). Full length double glazed windows and doors leads from the lounge and bedroom to a well designed terrace, with patio furniture, that faces the pool. Leading from the terrace is a small step down into our small grassed private garden overlooking the pool area which boasts views of the sea. This well equipped apartment contains everything needed for a relaxing holiday.

Peaceful Location, just a 4 minute stroll to the beautiful south facing sandy beaches. St Vlas centre is just a few minutes walk away, with local bars, shops and restaurants. The new Marina, a 10 min walk is a big attraction with fine restaurants, stylish bars and shops. This magnificent resort is a great combination of a beautiful seaside at the foot of the Balkan mountain range. It has been developed into a modern beach destination during recent years, with brand new hotels and tourist infrastructure. This makes it a preferred destination for holidaymakers who want to enjoy the spectacular views of the mountain while having fun on the beach. Sunny Beach with its busy night life is only 5km away, local buses run every 20 minutes. The natural conditions- mountain, forest, sea and southern exposure of the mountain slopes, are extremely healthy and appropriate for a relaxing holiday. When the sun goes down, the pool lights up, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a bottle of wine!

The apartment and surrounding area:-: The apartment has lovely pool views from the terrace. When the sun goes down, the pool lights up, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a bottle of wine on the terrace. The food is cheap & fresh. There is a neighbouring complex where you can find a supermarket (open 7am till midnight including Sundays) A restaurant serving English breakfast and good reasonable meals and entertainment if you don't want to make the 5 minute walk into the centre of Vlas. A lovely south facing sandy beach is a four minute stroll away (no roads to cross). A full range of watersports are available and bar on the beach. There is a bus stop a short distance from the apartment and it is a short bus ride away (buses run every 20 minutes) to the lively Sunny Beach. Ideal holiday for couple or families alike as you can relax during the day and still be close enough to Sunny Beach if you want to go out at night. Thanks very much for letting us stay in your apartment. We really enjoyed it. A lovely apartment in a great location, peaceful yet very close to the centre of St Vlas and a short bus ride to Sunny Beach. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything needed for a holiday. The pool area and surroundings were also well maintained. St Vlas is a lovely small town, with a huge choice of bars and restaurants, plenty of shops and a beautiful beach. The marina area is well worth a visit. We spent the last week in July and the first week in August in the apartment and had a really relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We would definitely recommend it as a good base for a holiday. Transfers to and from airport were arranged for us by owners, which was a great help.
