In Porto Vecchio (9 km from St. Lucie) you will find everything you need: banks, pharmacy, fish stores, bakery, large shopping centre, restaurants, etc. Right behind Porto Vecchio invite beautiful hikes into the Corsican mountains. Secret tip: very good swimming options during the peak season are located in the nearby river "Cavo" (15 minute drive from the house). Excursions are possible to the famous hiking path G20 in the mountains of Corsica, to the city of Bonifacio and to the islands of Lavezzi.
