Desirable fully equipped self catering gites. In quiet rural surroundings,everything you would require for a relaxing summer holiday, close to bastide towns with local markets. The gardens have a large luxurious14x6m pool which is in the sun all day long.Within a short drive there are plenty of restaurants and activities: canoeing, sightseeing, horse riding, tennis, golf,fishing, walking in beautiful countryside. Bergerac is a short drive away for all the chic shops and restaurants. Each gite has 2 bedrooms a double & a twin.They are centrally heated and have a fireplace making them ideal for winter breaks.Each gite has its own terrace with barbecue and overlooks the garden and pool. Linen and towels for the bathroom are provided.The kitchens have washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. There are games and books in the gites and a selection of pool floats available.Look out for the deer, wild boar and many different birds: woodpeckers, owls & hoopoes.

Detached 2 bedroom cottage with private terrace/barbecue area. A comfortably furnished sitting room has double doors leading to the terrace. The kitchen/dining area leads from the sitting room and is fully equipped with dishwasher,washing machine, oven ,hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is an attractive double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both of these have views across the garden to the pool. The bathroom has a bath and seperate shower cubicle.

Serignac-Peboudou is set in a quiet rural location,but not far from the bastide town of Castillonnes and the smaller town of Lauzun.Both have resturants, bars and some shops. Throughout the summer there is always something going on, fetes, bodegas and repas to name just a few things. In and around the area you can fish,horse ride ,play tennis, swim or just go for a walk along the quiet lanes and walkways watching the local wildlife, you can even go to the cinema.
