« La Maison du Sud » is a former wine-making property, recently fully renovated with natural materials such as stone and wood. The restoration of the house was done sympathetically with respect to its original method of construction. The living room and large 9 meters atrium were formally huge wine storage vats (‘cuves’). The house dates back to 1860 and is situated in the heart of the village with its scenic streets, 11th century church. All amenities are within 100m of the house; restaurants and cafes, supermarket and newsagent, and an excellent local wine outlet. Private courtyard and pool (with small integrated jacuzzi and swimming current). Shaded, poolside dining terrace. Pool table. Four bedrooms to sleep 7. Wonderfully located property: 10 minutes from the wonderful Mediterranean beaches and all beachfront restaurants and attractions, motorway 10 mins, RyanAir airports Montpellier, 45min.

    - A security deposit of 200€ is required 8 weeks in advance. This will be refunded once the property has been checked and the keys have been returned.
  • - The price quoted is for the full property (7 sleeps) being let.

    - The price includes bed linen and towels. The property will be cleaned before the start of each let.
