About 30 km north of Ajaccio you will find the Villa Joka. It is located in the small settlement Esigna about 30 m above sea level and about 300 m from the beach. On the ground floor of the lone-standing house you will find a large living room, two bedrooms with each single beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed for two children. Master bathroom with tub, second WC, kitchen, utility room with washing machine. Children's bathroom with shower and bidet. Outdoor shower. More bedrooms on the top floor. The kitchen is completely equipped with a wide 5 flame gas stove with a large oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, double sink. Three large terraces surround the house. The large garden with a beautiful old palm garden is also ideal for wheelchairs. Parking options for multiple vehicles available. Nearby you will find a German speaking contact for emergencies, more contacts or consulting for going on hikes.

Bislang hatten wir gedacht, unsere Korsikaerfahrungen wären nicht zu toppen. Kaum vorstellbar, daß die Entscheidung: "heute in die Berge oder ans Meer?" durch einen weitere Überlegung erschwert werden könnte: "bleiben wir einfach im Garten am Haus". Traumhafter Palmengarten, der feinsandige Strand in 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen, eine überdachte Terrasse auf der sich´s auf Schönste speisen lässt, eine funktionell super durchdachte und bis ins letzte Detail ausgestattete Küche, ein komfortables und atmosphärisch sehr schönes Haus in dem man auch noch auf eine große Urlaubsbibliothek zurückgreifen kann- es fällt einem kein offengebliebener Wunsch ein. Wirklich komfortabel wohnt man zu sechst, es gibt zahlreiche zusätzliche Schlafplätze im oberen Stockwerk, das über die Garage erreicht wird (unsere 8 und 11 jährigen Kinder haben sich nicht getraut oben zu schlafen, was aber auch nicht nötig war). Rundum schön und äußerst geeignet für einen Traumurlaub.

Wie Gott in Frankreich

Wenn ein Domizil in der Lage ist um einem das Gefühl zu geben vom Leben"wie Gott in Frankreich" dann ist es diese wunderbare Villa. Den Garten kann man, mit seinen wunderbaren Palmen, ohne Bedenken als Privatpark bezeichnen. Unser Besuch war das erste aber sicher nicht das letzte mal.

Ferientraum im Traumferienhaus

Herrliches Anwesen mit allem, was das Herz begehrt einschliesslich ausgesprochen netter Nachbarn. Über den gelegentlichen Besuch des Nachbarhundes freute sich auch unser Airedale Bobby. Wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich willkommen und sofort wie zu Hause.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ajaccio.
Wir waren über Weihnachten/Silvester dort und können nur empfehlen, auch diese Jahreszeit in die Urlaubsplanung einzubeziehen. Temperaturen auf Korsika dann ca. 11 - 15°C, sehr oft Sonne, aber auch viel Wind und teilweise sehr stürmische Überfahrten vom Festland zur Insel.
Sonnenbäder im Garten sind dann sehr erholsam, Strandspaziergänge bei hohem Wellengang sehr beeindruckend.

Wir kommen gern einmal wieder.

Wunderschöne Villa, sehr strandnah

Das Haus iist sehr strandnah, die Kinder konnten immer alleine ans Meer gehen. Es gibt viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, wie wandern, schwimmen oder shoppen in Ajaccio, aber keine großen Vergnügungsangebote. Das war uns aber sehr recht so.
Das Haus ist gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Garten einfach toll - eine grüne Oase. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles bestens geklappt, sie sind sehr zuverlässig.
Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub, direkt am Meer und gleich in den Bergen...so ist eben Korsika. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!
