L'HIrondelle is a 300 year old stone cottage in a small unspoilt village called Mairé 30 miles south of TOURS. It has been lovingly restored with 3 double bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, sizeable garden and its own swimming pool. L'Hirondelle is built with local stone under a steep tiled roof. Inside there is a wealth of exposed beams and the whole of the downstairs is laid with handmade local tiles. Overall it is furnished and fitted with quality country style furniture and modern equipment. Sizeable lounge (flat screen TV - some English channels, DVD & CD player )and dining area with a newly fitted kitchen (gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer) There is also a double bedroom with shower & WC. 1 double bedroom and one twin both with ensuite shower rooms. The Lower level of the cottage is comprised of a cellar and garage, a washing machine is housed here for your convenience. charming mature garden with a private, enclosed pool
