Apartment 4-6 persons, completely renovated, excellent conditions, with an own garden, furnished with taste and equipped with everything you may need for a little longer stay.You have TV with satellite, DVD, the telephone for national local, computers, printers and ADSL wireless with free access to Internet. 2 bedrooms, ambry, living-room with sofa and open kitchen, 1 bathroom (shower). The sofa is a comfortable sofa-bed (for two adult ). Cooking facilities, oven, microwaves, refrigerator with freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher, toaster, iron & ironing table, hair-dryer, vacuum cleaner, bed linen and towels included.

The area is quiet and not noisy and at the same time is placed between Via appia and Via Tuscolana, streets which offer many services (as cinemas, restaurants, bookstores, supermarkets and typical shops) Less than 100 m we have the metro A or one bus that will permit you to reach Piazza di Spagna,Piazza Venezia,S.Pietro,il Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi and more.

Very nice property in Rome!

Charming,helpfull owners. The property was as described and more,even milk in the fridge.There is a metro stop within five minutes walk, Furio Camillo, and five mins to bus 85 on Via Tuscolana. Buy a 16 euro weekly ticket for unlimited travel on bus, metro, and local rail.Validate on first use then just hop on hop off! There is a small supermarket at 3 mins walk and a larger one at 6. There is also a wonderfull fish shop near metro station. We found three good restaurants within a very short walk. The most pleasing was Osteria Numerosette , it's very small so you need to walk down the road to book for the next day. Also good was L' Incrontrada,and Spaccanapoli.
I would certainly recomend this property to a friend.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is beautiful. Very modern and exquisitely decorated, first floor with it's own outdoor patio area, full use of computer in the apartment, wonderful kitchen and dining area, two large bedrooms with fold out sofa in living/dining area. The apartment had lots of guide books and maps for use. The bathroom was wonderful.

The apartment is very close to the subway station for easy access to all parts of Rome and very close to bus stops also for access to all parts of Rome. It's about a 10 minute subway ride to the center of Rome. Lots of restaurants and stores near the apartment. We enjoyed it very much.
