La Charpraie is a charming 17th century fermette that sleeps 6 +2 + baby. It is 3 km from Le Grand Pressigny, a picturesque village in the southern Loire. The property benefits from a beautiful, secluded location and is set in 2½ acres of established grounds. It has a private 12x6 m paved pool Beams, quarry tiled floors and a large, open fireplace give the interior rustic charm. Accommodation comprises: Ground floor: Entrance into dining room / living area - Separate sitting room (with 2 settees that can be converted to double beds) - Newly fitted, well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave - Bathroom with shower and WC - Separate WC Upstairs: Double bedroom - Through room (with double futon) with access to: Eaves bedroom with 2 single beds..Eaves bedroom with bunk beds. There are bikes for exploring the beautiful local countryside, a table tennis table and other games on site as well as a mini hi-fi and a TV and DVD player
