The Apartment is situated in the heart of Rome (city centre), near the Basilicas of St. John Lateran, 2 minutes by walking from Line A subway station Re di Roma, leading to all the most interesting historic and archaeological place( Piazza di Spagna, Via Veneto, the Roman Forum, Colosseum, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, San Peters Basilica, Capitoline Museums,...). Around the apartment you'll find all kind of shops, restaurants, coffee bar, pub, pharmacy, bank, newspaper kiosk, laundry. It is made up of a hall with a charming living room including a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area; 2 double room (or 2 single beds + 1 sofa bed, when required) with 2 private bathrooms. In the apartment you will find linen and towels, television, hairdryer, AC. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 person (children included).

fabulous apartment

I stayed here for three nights with my two daughters and 14 yr old granddaughter. The location was ideal - 1/2 block from the red line subway and only four stops to Termini- Rome's transportation hub for subway, bus, train and tour services. The neighborhood was quiet but had grocery, banking and a few small restaurants nearby. Very safe and comfortable.

The apartment itself was great. Elevator building, very comfortable with one queen size bed and two twins. The bathrooms were modern and clean with great water pressure and modern conveniences. (Just showers, no tubs) Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The kitchenette had coffee, tea, milk and bottled water. The owners had also left fresh fruit and cookies. There were a handful of foreign language tour books and the owner had printed up helpful information from the internet.

A word of caution - we had an early morning flight out of Rome (FCO) and discovered the subway starts at 5:30am and the first train from Termini to the airport didn't arrive until 6:30am. (there is no clock in the apartment) We ended up taking a cab to the airport for $65 euros and it took about 1/2 hr on a Sunday morning.

I'd definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment in the center of Rome

We come from Milan and we very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment..It is exactly as described and is close to restaurants,shops and supermarket. Perfect for sightseeng and wonderful for children. Fantastic was the service of babysitting and we used for two nights.
You don't need a car because the underground is close to the apartment. In about 5 minute you are in Piazza di Spagna.
The owner was pleasant and helpful. I'll definitely come back again!

Stayed for one week in November 2008.
We had a great time at this place!
This is an excellent apartment situated in a central area of Rome.
It's only a few metres from the metro, so ideal for sightseeing.
It was recently renovated, and it looks great!
Marianna, the owner, is hospitable, friendly and helpful.
Would definitely reccomend to others as a great place to stay and hope to return ourselves next year. We felt like home.

Apartment located close to the metro and shops and ideally located to visit Rome's major tourist attractions using metro. Nearby childrens park suited as we were a family with a child. Apartment was in clean order throughout and we were priveleged to be the first guests to the apartment. I have no hesitation in recomending this to friends. I found the owners to be particularly helpful in catering to our needs.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war für uns (2 Paare) der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Von Vorteil die zwei 2 Bäder. Frühstück gibt es gleich um die Ecke in die Bar Pomi, Via Albalonga, typisch italienisch, am Tresen. Zur Metro nur ein paar Schritte. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen am Abend gegen 22:45 und bei der Abreise am Morgen im 6:00 stand ein Taxi für uns bereit. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen und wünschen allen viel Spaß in Rom.
