Welcome to our fabulous 70 acre Cotswold country estate with organic parkland, pasture and woodland and a gorgeous 17th Century, Grade II listed manor house at its heart. The Old Manor House is exquisitely situated in its own land and is approached down a long, private, tree-lined driveway past a wildlife pond. The Old Manor House is very spacious and luxurious, full of charm and character and is ideal for gatherings of family/friends/colleagues and wedding receptions. There is a stunning dining room and conservatory, a sitting room with an inglenook fireplace, 7 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, plus a family bathroom. We have a fabulous Party Barn, Games Room and a fantastic Spa & Hot Tub beautifully set in a gazebo in the delightful formal garden. A charming Cotswold pub and restaurant is a short walk away. Guests also have exclusive discounted access to the nearby Resort's fabulous Health Club with its Indoor pool, sauna, gym, steam room, Golf Course and spa with beauty treatments.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment is accepted by Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards or by bank transfer.
  • The reservation deposit is 35% of the rental rate and the rental balance is payable 2 months prior to the start of the rental. The £500 security deposit is payable with the balance and is refundable 14 days after the end of rental.
  • Pets will be considered on application at £50 each per booking.

    We welcome Stag and Hen Parties at £150 per head which represents superb value for a long weekend for 23 people in such a fabulous environment. The wonderful night-life of Oxford is very close by and transport there in mini-buses or taxis can be easily arranged.
