Welcome to our fabulous 70 acre Cotswold country estate with organic parkland, pasture and woodland and a gorgeous 17th Century, Grade II listed Manor House at its heart. The Old Manor House and the adjacent Willow Cottage and Christmas Cottage can sleep up to 43 guests and are exquisitely situated in the centre of their own land and are approached down a long, private, tree-lined driveway. They are spacious and luxurious, full of charm and character and ideal for Family Holidays & Weekends, Birthday & Anniversaries, Hen & Stag Parties, Weddings & Corporate Gatherings. We have a fabulous Party Barn, Games Room and a fantastic Spa & Hot Tub beautifully set in a gazebo in the delightful formal garden. Guests have discounted access to the nearby Resort's Health Club with its Golf Course, Indoor pool, Spa & gym. Oxford and London are an easy drive and a charming Cotswold pub and restaurant is a short walk away.

The gorgeous Grade II Listed Old Manor House has 9 bedrooms, a stunning under-floor heated conservatory and dining room seating 30, a charming, historic sitting room with a cosy log burning stove, lots of quiet nooks where you can escape to relax with a book, a large farmhouse kitchen and a Spa & Hot Tub . The sitting room has a 40' LCD High definition TV with full Sky Movies and Sports and all bedrooms have LCD TVs and complimentary broadband wireless internet access is available. The optional Christmas Cottage has 3 en-suite bedrooms, a superb Games Room with a pool table, football machine, darts board and a PS3. We welcome you with fresh flowers and, to allow you a relaxed and stress free arrival, we will be delighted to, prior to your arrival, take in your supermarket home delivery and put your food/drink away. Private Catering can easily be arranged with recommended caterers and our Wine Tasting sessions conducted by an experienced Master of Wines are very popular.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Christmas Cottage is an option at £1200 per week and £800 per weekend or mid-week.

    Christmas and New Year rental rates are available on application.

    Payment is accepted by Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards with no surcharges.
  • The reservation deposit is 35% of the rental rate and the rental balance is payable 2 months prior to the start of the rental. The £500 security deposit is payable with the balance and is refundable 14 days after the end of rental.
  • Pets will be considered on application at £50 each per booking.

    We welcome Stag and Hen Parties, the wonderful night-life of Oxford is very close by and transport there in mini-buses or taxis can be easily arranged.
