The villa is situated 5 minutes drive from the championship standard Secret Valley and Aphrodite golf courses and approximately 30 minutes drive to Tsada golf course. Kouklia is the nearest village 5 minutes drive, with lovely quiet tavenas. Aphrodite hills resort is located within a 5 minute drive of the villa. Paphos town centre approximately 15 minute drive. The nearest beach Petra tou Romiou is located near to the entrance of Secret Valley, with some of the best beaches being located in Coral Bay.

    To confirm booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid within 7 days and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
    Full payment will be required for late booking reservations within 8 weeks of your holiday departure.
    A security deposit of £150 is required for breakages and damage and will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure once the villa has been checked by the management team.

this property is top notch we have just come back from our october holiday 09 the property was immaculate the pool was wonderful .the welcome pack left for our arrival was very welcome .
Everything from booking to receiving imformation all carried out with no problems i would recommend this villa to all my family and friends
