Villa Andrea is a fabulous architect designed modern villa in peaceful area of the Montgo in Javea. The villa is on a flat plot of 2000m2 with landscaped gardens and an unusually shaped pool of 19 x 2m. There are outdoor seating areas for sun and for shade plus terrace furniture and sun loungers. There is a BBQ area, parking for 3 cars and a wine cellar. The villa has 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The master suite is on two levels. The ground floor has a day bed (110cm) and upstairs there is a huge master bedroom with en suite facilities. This suite is ideal for a family group. In the garden there is a stone 'casita' (summer house) which has a double bed. This is ideal for older teens or younger adults wishing to have their own independence and coming and going without disturbing the main villa.

Located in a quiet residential area of the Montgo, you are only a 10 minute drive to Javea´s sandy beach area, brimming with bars, restaurants and shops. For golfers, you are a 5 minute drive to La Sella Golf Club. There are some restaurants locally within a 1 minute drive and a supermarket is just 3 minutes away. Other attractions are 40 minutes by car to the Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura nearby, Aqualand and Mundomar (Sea World). One hour from Valencia´s world famous Oceanographic. Javea is ideal for a family holiday, with lots to do for children and adults alike.
