Gozo House is a rustic Farmhouse Villa available for holiday rental for the discerning visitor. Situated on the island of Gozo in the Mediterranean for self-catering holiday accommodation. Gozo House offers limestone walls set in the maze of alleyways in the old town of Victoria. A peaceful holiday home from home offering 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people and a private roof terrace. Gozo offers culture, leisure, history, beaches and sporting activities. Gozo House may be rented for self-catering with a minimum letting period of 1 week. On the ground floor of Gozo House is an open air courtyard, bathroom, dining room & kitchen. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a sitting room. The roof terrace is reached by a spiral roof terrace in the master bedroom. Gozo House is in Victoria and is centrally located on Gozo, close to all beaches and attractions at the heart of the Mediterranean. Victoria is the capital and has two theatres, offering ballet, classical music and drama. A short stroll from the farmhouse along the delightful alleyways is Independence Square which has a daily market and the focus for bars, restaurants & shops. St George's Basillica overlooks another square with 2 lovely bars. The Citadel is 5 minutes walk from the house and harbours Gozo Cathedral and museums. The Neolithic Ggantija temples are in Xaghra and Calypso's cave is nearby as is the Azure Window, Xlendi and the beach resorts Marsalforn and Ramla Bay. Victoria celebrates two main festivals of the Patron Saints, St George & St Mary when effigies parade around the town, horse trials take place and merry making in general. The main dive sites are at Xlendi and Marsalforn, alternatively the cliffs on the northwest coast offer great rock climbing opportunities.
