Photos and Description of this Albufeira Town & Marina holiday villa A LARGE 2 BED AIR-CONDITIONED LUXURY TOWNHOUSE IN BEAUTIFUL RESORT

This 2 bed villa is situated in a beautiful 4 star resort close to some of the best beaches in the Algarve.It is located a few minutes drive from many of the Algarves famous golf courses. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is a large living / dining area with two very comfortable couches/sofa beds ,a dining table and seating for six.The second bathroom is downstairs. There is a seperate modern kitchen which is well equipped with four ring ceramic hob, oven/grill, granite worktops, fridge /freezer and microwave . The large enclosed private terrace has patio furniture and gets sun for most of the day. This beautiful villa has its own private entrance and is furnished to a very high standard with lots of personal touches. Air conditioning or heating is provided throughout at no extra cost. The resort provides 24 hour reception staff and has a secure gated entrance with access for guests only. There is ample safe parking near each villa.

Ponta Grande resort is located 700 meters from Sao Rafael beach which was voted No 1 beach in Portugal for 2008. This area is famous for its close proximity to some of the best Golf courses in the Algarve which are only a few minutes drive. The Resort is only minutes away from the old town of Albufeira with its many different resturants and bars and the beautiful Fishermans beach .The bustling marina is about 1.5 km away and this also has a selection of resturants and bars .There are a host of attractions within easy reach of the resort like Zoomarine , waterparks ,golf courses. Many of these attractions are bookable at reception .Resturants are located to the right and left of the main entrance within a short walk .The Algarve Shopping Complex which has cinema and bowling are about a 5 min drive .Taxis can be arranged through reception or there is a bus stop outside the main entrance to the resort .

  • There are NO extra occupancy /supplement charges .There is a 20% non refundable deposit required at time of booking (minimum deposit €200 euros) with the remainder payable 8 weeks prior to start date .There is a €200 euro security deposit payable at reception on handover of keys .This will be refunded in full provided there are no damage / breakages .Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is before 12midday.   • There is a convenient tap outside the main door in the little private courtyard to rinse those sandy feet ! ! There is also a clothes line provided in this area.

Notes: Towels are changed mid-week and linen at the end of the week. Please bring beach towels for pool and beach use. Smoking is not allowed in the villa ,only on the terrace if necessary. There is a well stocked mini-market 2 minutes walk from the resort just to the left of the main gate and they have freshly baked bread every morning! There is a laundry on site with washing and drying facilities. Salvatori's restaurant in the resort is well worth a visit providing a wide selection of dishes. The games room is well equipped with pool tables and video games.
