The house Mariann is located in a very quiet residential area on a hillside. It belongs to the village of Calonge, which is between Palamos and Playa D’Aro. Long sandy beaches alternate with delightful small bays which invite to swim or to take a sun bath. On the first floor are the entrance, a living-room with a wind protected balcony (glass), satellite TV, a separate toilet, a kitchen with gas/electric cooking stove, oven, micro wave, refrigerator with freezer and dish washing machine. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room, one of the bedrooms has a large terrace, 2 bath rooms with toilets and bathtubs, also a laundry room with wash machine. Behind the house is a swimming pool (4x8 meters) for house tenants for personal use, also a garden sitting area with barbecue and gas grill. All day long you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding countryside.
