This property is perfect for family holidays that is opting for relaxation and meanwhile is practical as it is with in walking distance to all shops, restaurants and town center. The bungalow consists of: A fully equipped oak kitchen with all necessary equipment that leads to an open plane sitting and dining room with Indian oak furniture and a eight setter leather sofa with air-condition that covers sitting and dining room a 32 inch Philips TV plus DVD, video and satellite, on the other side of the bungalow one will find four double bedrooms one with air-conditioning main bathroom and one en-suite two bedrooms over looking the pool and two other bedrooms with patios doors that leads to outside verandas with panoramic country views.

The Villa Bungalow is situated in the northwestern part of Malta in the exclusive and idyllic limits of Mellieha. The Villa is situated in one of Malta's most picturesque villages surrounded by fertile valleys and has breathtaking views of the lush countryside and the crystal clear Mediterranean blue sea. The four bedroom bungalow has two bedrooms with patios facing the country views and other two looking over the pool area. The village is 10 minutes drive to the north from the Gozo ferry terminal where one can board the shuttle ships to visit Malta's sister islands Gozo and Comino. Set on elevated grounds the bungalow enjoys panoramic country views and valley of Mellieha. Whilst enjoying the peaceful tranquility of the area, the Bungalow lies only within 15 minutes walking distance from the nearest supermarket and the shopping centre of Mellieha village where international banking services are also available.

Home Description: The bungalow has a very comfortable layout that can only be achieved from a bungalow were every thing comes on one level and a big plus to a completely private pool and large sundeck and patios which leads to beautiful country views For guest with young children the pool area can be safely be locked while one can still use other patios and garden for barbecue without the extra pool worry. A fully equipped oak kitchen with all necessary equipment that leads to an open plane sitting and dining room with Indian oak furniture and a eight seater leather sofa with air-condition that covers sitting and dining room a 32 inch TV plus DVD, video and satellite on the other side of the bungalow one will find four double bedrooms one air-conditioned main bathroom and one unsuit two bedrooms looking over the pool and two other bedrooms with patios doors that leads to outside verandas with panoramic country views.All bed rooms and living aria has been also updated with ceiling fans.

The Island of Malta region: Very few countries of Malta's size are so rich in history,. A succession of civilizations and cultures has ensured this history and is part of what makes Malta the popular tourist destination it is today. Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The town centre boasts splendid hotels, many restaurants and traditional shops for the most discerning shopper. Mellieha's main festive season occurs in the first two weeks of September, during which many cultural events are held. The town's archaeological and historical heritage provides a perfect backdrop for a fantastic holiday experience.

Rosevale Villa Malta

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday in Malta, having stayed at Rosevale Villa, Mellieha. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived as the villa was very spacious (with comfortable beds!) and was spotlessly clean. The icing on the cake was that everything in the villa was exactly as described with a well equipped kitchen complete with appliances that all worked perfectly. The fridge was a good size and easily catered for our needs.

There was lots of room for our five children to run around in and they thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, although it is quite deep at one end and young children do need to be supervised.

There is ample off road parking for a hire car and to be honest we really can't fault the villa in any way.

The owner Charles, was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and bent over backwards to ensure we had a lovely stay at Rosevale without being intrusive.

When we holiday in Malta again we will definately go back to this villa which enjoys a central location and was quiet in the evenings ( no pub or bar noise) and traffic noise is minimal.

If you're planning to rent a villa in Malta this is definately one that should be on your shortlist - Great value for money.

We would highly recommend Rosevale. A most attractive spacious, well equipped bungalow in peaceful location with attractive views. Excellent pool area & barbecue. Shops a short walk away & beach + jet skiing etc. Recommend for easy access & exploring-hire car. Owner most helpful fetched from airport & arranged taxi transport returning. Also good property for partially disabled/wheelchair only two steps at entrance.
We would highly recommend this property and have enjoyed a comfortable and excellent holiday

Hi!
We are 4 italian couples and we stayed in Malta last August.Malta is a very interesting and beautiful country and our holiday was great.The sea was good and we enjoyed the rest of the time in the house.We had so much fun especially when we played in the pool.In the evening we have dinner in the garden and we talk until the night..The house is wonderful and the place Mellieha very quite.Excellent for relax!!!The owner of the house is a kind and available person.We are so happy to have chosen this fantastic house!

Lovely location with nice views. Shops nearby, owner very helpful. Very hot during August, air conditioning is extra with a card for the meter. Furnishing basic but the fridge was not working very efficiently, kept icing up. Otherwise a good place for a family to stay.

A good Easter break

Two couples stayed at the villa for a week over Easter 2009. The villa is spacious and well equipped. The patio is pleasant and the pool is a good size.
The owner met us at the airport which was very welcome as we did not arrive until the late evening.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
