Herons is an attractive detached home set in a rural valley at the head of Batson Creek within easy walking distance of the picturesque town of Salcombe, which is let as self catering accommodation during the school holidays. Refurbished and architect designed five years ago, it provides light and airy accommodation with a contemporary feel. There are 2 double bedrooms each with en suite shower room and French windows, 2 good sized twin rooms, a bathroom and a separate WC, a sofa bed, comfortable sitting room, dining room, utility, lovely light kitchen with oil fired Aga opening onto the large deck with seating and barbecue overlooking the peaceful valley and fields. The garden is large with plenty of room for children to play, a good sized trampoline and parking for up to 6 cars.

  • Advance bookings are accepted and confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit which is non refundable. We strongly suggest you take out your own suitable holiday insurance.
    At the time of paying the balance, 6 weeks prior to arrival, a security deposit of £200 is required. This will be held as a security against breakages or damage up to 2 weeks after your departure.
  • All bed linen is provided but we ask that you provide your own towels.
    For extended stays, we can arrange mid week cleaners and also suggest babysitters.

    We regret no dogs.
