Les Chomettes is a magnificent apartment set in the exclusive Croix des Gardes area of Cannes. The property faces south overlooking the seafront of Cannes with views stretching from the Lerins islands to Theoule. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2008 and has a light and airy feel to it. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both en-suite, an additional WC, a large lounge/TV room with Sky satellite TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony with table and chairs for enjoying meals 'al fresco'. The Residence is a large crescent shaped apartment block in a park which features a variety of trees, plants and well kept gardens. The elevated position is set back from the main road and offers peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. A large 20 meters x 30 meters swimming pool is located within the gardens. The pool has roman steps and is surrounded by a large number of sun loungers. Also within the grounds is a tennis court which is free for residents.

The Apartment is within 400 meters of a bakery, small supermarket, newsagent and restaurant. The center of Cannes, the Croisette seafront and the old port are all less than 3 kilometers away. Nearby are the golf courses of Mandelieu and Mougins. Access to the A8 motorway is a ten minute drive, with easy access to Nice airport, Monaco and the many other special places along the Riviera.

Our family spent three wonderful weeks in this apartment. It was as described in a fabulous quiet location overlooking the Bay of Cannes. At the same time the apartment was only a very short drive away from the buzzing town centre. The surrounding park and the pool were superb. We always enjoyed coming home after a busy day sightseeing, loved the cool breeze up on the hill and great dinners on the balcony.
Correspondence with the owner was swift and the local agent was very friendly and accommodating.
We can truly recommend the apartment!

We stayed here in June 2009, and the apartment was every bit as good as the photographs - the view from the balcony has to be seen to be believed!
The surrounding gardens and immaculate pool area provided peace and relaxation between sight-seeing expeditions, and was the perfect base from which to explore the coast and the hill top villages. Travelling by train up the coast as far as the Italian border was made easy as a small station was just a few minutes walk away, as was the beach.
Cannes centre was within easy walking distance along the promenade, although the bus service is frequent and inexpensive.
We would certainly recommend this apartment and hope to return.
