Superb 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa beautifully furnished with private pool, & wireless internet. family friendly in quiet cul de sac of the prestigious sanctuary gated community. The villa is only 12 mins from the magical Disneyworld. Master suite, TV in all bedrooms (cable). The sanctuary is a quiet, gated community with distinctive block paved sidewalks and driveways and attractive, ornate street lighting and mailboxes, which are small but pleasant touches to the surroundings. It is ideally situated just a short drive to Disney Kitchen Everything you need is here. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker - everything you will ever need and more!! Nook If you don’t want breakfast/lunch at the breakfast bar then just off the kitchen is a nicely set table with seating for four Family room. Watch the TV or play a DVD whilst relaxing on 2 extremely comfortable sofas. The tiled floor gives this a clean Floridian feel!!! Living room

The Sanctuary at Westhaven is a beautiful secluded gated community which provide perfect seclusion away from the theme parks and the shopping malla. It is located against one of the numerous protected wet lands areas. The Sanctuary has perfectly landscaped grounds which are nestled inside the gated entrance. Only 2.7 miles away is a new Public supermarket and other smaller shops and the Champions Gate golf course. The Sanctuary is a genuine 10 minute drive to the Disney parks with the Universal parks and Sea World only 20 minutes away. So on our door step you have the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, MGM then there is Universal, Sea World, Wet n Wild, Universal Island of Adventures and the new water park Aquatica! The shopping experience of the Mall of Millenia and the Prime Outets centres are only a 20 minute drive away. Kissimmee Old Town is only a 10 minute drive away with it's vast array of restaurants, shops and old style fair ground as well as crazy golf!

    Within 30 days - 100% of total rental When you arrive to book in at your holiday location you will be asked for a $250 credit card deposit to cover possible damage/breakages this will be refunded in full at the end of stay if no damage occurs
    swimming pool heating charged at£120 per week or $185per week it is possible to heat pool on a daily basis (minimum 4 days ).All rates based on the exchange rate of $1.50 to the £.Normally required late October through to April
