Furnished Maison de pecheur located in one of Port Grimaud's most sought after locations. The house has a large open plan lounge with modern kitchen and downstairs toilet, four bedrooms, one en suite, one bathroom and a further toilet. Outside there is a fenced garden overlooking the water with a mooring for a boat 38' overall. A private beach is an approximate 10 minute walk with a boulangerie, tabac, bar and three resturants within 500 meters. The centre of Port Grimaud with its many resturants and shops and twice weekly market is a fifteen minute walk, St Tropez is 8km by road or 10 minutes by ferry.

Port Grimaud is situated at the western end of the bay of St Tropez. It was the inspiration of Francois Spoerry who based his design on the Italian town of Venice. Every road and house is different and are linked by picturesque bridges over the waterways and surrounding gardens.The village is gated and has 24hr security. Shops, resturants and a sandy beach are easily accessible on foot and boats are available to rent nearby(with or without permit). Nearby you have the villages of Grimaud, Gassin, Cogolin and Ramatuelle, St Tropez is only 8km away with a twice weekly market. Cavalaire and St Maxime are within 10km, Nice is one and a half hours drive and Monaco a further half an hour from Nice. A large Geant supermarket is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away.

After departure and approval of the house by the housekeeper, the deposit will be refunded in full.
