This new villa is located close 500 mts from the beach. A 10-minute walk. Or 2 minutes by car. You enter this lovely villa at the top-floor. Large private roof-terrace with furniture and fabulous Mediterranean views. One level down you'll find the hall with toilet, the nicely decorated living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/radio/CD. Light & spacious fully equipped kitchen. Separate washing room. Large covered balcony with teak-furniture and BBQ. From the hall you have access to 2 very large double/triple bedrooms and a separate bathroom with bath/toilet/shower. One level down is the master bedroom with bathroom and Jacuzzi. Another 2 double bedrooms with connecting bathroom (shower/toilet). Large private pool (8x4 meters). The Dutch/Spanish owners live around the corner, manage their 4 private properties themselves. FREE ADSL INTERNET CONNECTION. OUR VILLAS ARE AVAILABLE FOR FAMILIES OF 28 YEARS AND OLDER.
