The villa offers spacious accommodation in tasteful Andalusian style. A large private pool and beautiful south facing gardens with 4 secluded sun terraces and views to the sea. Furnished to a high standard with marble floors throughout. A very spacious and bright open plan living room with TV & Sky and lovely separate dining area. Patio doors leading to large veranda overlooking the pool. A well appointed, fully fitted kitchen, 2 newly fitted bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms comprising 1 double and 2 twin beds are available upstairs, while the ground floor offers a further large double bedroom, newly fitted kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area. Pictures are limited on this site, and are currently only of the top floor. However the bottom floor is furnished in a similar fashion. Additional information about rental rates

  • Price shown are for minimum of 4 people. Supplement per person if more than 4 people = £75 per week. Up to total of six persons.
    Please note: This is rental for the top floor only including all amenities, the bottom floor will NOT be made available for hire to anyone else during your visit.
  • A deposit of £250 or 20% dependent on which is greater, is required to secure the booking and act as security against damage.
    The full rental amount is due 8 weeks before the holiday.
    The deposit will be refunded immediately after departure following inspection.
    Access to the villa is from 12pm on day of arrival (however if cleaning is completed the day before we will allow access earlier), The villa has to be vacated not later than 12pm on day of departure. If you wish to have the villa for the full period of your last day, this will incure a surcharge of 1 day rate.
  • Cancellations: If a cancellation is made before the full rental is due then the deposit becomes non-refundable.
    If cancellation is made 8 weeks before arrival full payment is required however the deposit will be refunded.
    In both cases if we are able to re-book the cancelled dates a FULL refund will be made to you immediately.

Nice villa, great and quite.

I rented this villa in June 2009 with my wife and three children. The villa itself is large and spacious, good size bedrooms, clean new
bathrooms, new kitchen witch is very good equipped. The living area is large with nice views. All rooms are
marbled throughout which kept the villa cool in hot weather. Outside the pool is a
very good size with shallow area for the young. The terraces and gardens allowed us
to have sun or shade throughout the day. Surrounding the villa is
lots of countryside which is ideal for walking. The villa also had a big built
in bbq which we used quite often. I would advise that you have a car for the
location, although there is a bus stop close by and busses are very nice and cheep to use.
Once again lovely villa and location, we had a lovely time and are sure to return.
Many thanks to the local guide/janitor Paul who every morning cleaned the pool and told us a lot of nice places to visit.

Great villa, great location highly recommended

I rented this villa last year with my wife and three children. i have to say it lived up to our expectations. the villa itself is large and spacious, good size bedrooms, clean new bathrooms and the living area again is large and airy with nice views. all rooms are marbled throughout which kept the villa cool in hot weather. outside the pool is a very good size with shallow area for the young. the terraces and gardens allowed us to have sun or shade throughout the day and there was enough area that the kids could play and explore without worry of getting lost. surrounding the villa is lots of countryside which is ideal for walking. the villa also had a big built in bbq which we used quite often. i would advise that you have a car for the location, although there is a bus stop close by, it is far more conveniant to drive.
once again lovely villa and location, we had a lovely time and are to sure to return.
