The apartment situated across the road from the famous tomb of the kings is within an easy walking distance to many shops, tavernas and good restaurants. Facilities within the complex include a restaurant/ bar/bistro, gymnasium, private parking, elevators, telephone entry system and two communal pools one of which is state of the art rooftop design. Air conditioning is provided at no extra cost along with a Wide screen LCD TV, Sky, DVD & CD player. The fully equipped modern kitchen and separate utility room have all the appliances and utensils provided for your comfort. There are two bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes one double bed with en-suite and a twin bedded room with separate luxury bathroom. The open plan lounge/diner opens out through a wall of patio doors onto the south facing balcony which has a fantastic sunset to eat alfresco. There are modern table and chairs. The balcony extends outside the master bedroom where there are two sunbeds. A safe is also provided.

The apartment is set on a private road near to the famous world heritage site of Tomb of the Kings. There are many supermarkets near the apartment as well as local Tavernas and Restaurants. Paphos Harbour is about 10 minutes away by car and is very popular and atmospheric with lots to do or you can sit in one of the Tavernas and sip that cold beer. Boat trips go from the Harbour including fishing trips and glass bottom boats (don't miss seeing the Turtles). Watersports also operate there. The nearest municipal beach with water sports is a 10 minute walk however there is a small beach just over the road. Coral Bay can be reached using a bus in front of the Tomb of The Kings or a 10 minute drive away. The main tourist area of Kato Paphos is a 10 minute bus ride. For serious shoppers go to the Old Town or KTIMA a short walk from the apartment they also have a market there. The village of Tala is a short drive away and renowned for it's friendly local tavernas and quaint village square.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% deposit to secure booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. If booking is made within 8 weeks of departure full payment must be made.

    A security deposit of £100 is required against breakages or damage which is refundable once apartment is checked. This deposit will be rquired two weeks before occupation.

    Insurance is not included so please make sure you have adequate insurance cover (including cancellation cover).

    Changeover days are flexible subject to availability and must be agreed in advance. You may have to vacate the apartment by 12 pm if there is another booking.

    There is no additional charge for the use of air conditioning.

Cleaning Towels & Linen: The apartment will be cleaned for arrival and after departure. Towels and linen are provided but not for beach use. If longer than one weeks stay additional cleaning/laundry can be arranged for an additional charge however there is a washing machine in the apartment for which there is no cost.

Welcome: A welcome book is provided within the apartment on arrival. Welcome packs can be arranged on request along with costs which will be paid in addition to the rental fee.

Visit Aphrodites Rock: The Greek goddess Aphrodite is born on Cyprus. Or actually, she is born from the foam of the sea around this rock, on the beach close to Pafos. In ancient times, lots of people went there to join in the fertility rituals and at the nearby temple. In Greek, the rock is called Petra tou Romiou.

Golf: There are 3 golf course in Paphos district, the closest near the village of Tsada, another at a complex called Secret Valley and one at Aphrodite Hills.
