This self catering apartment with air conditioning offers all that you will need for a great family summer holiday. It is only 2 minutes walk to the fabulous beaches of Cannes and the Croisette. It is also a perfect location for a business rental for the many conferences in the Palais des Festivales. The apartment is situated behind the Martinez Hotel and is only a 10 minutes walk to the Palais. This apartment has an open plan living room and kitchen with table and chairs for 4. This leads onto the terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or aperitifs. There is a good sized bedroom with double bed and also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. In case of an extra guest there is also a fold-away bed. The bathroom has a full bath with overhead shower and there is separate toilet. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with a lift. There is a handy short cut from the apartment to the beach and the Croisette. This apartment also has a secure underground parking for one car.

This apartment is a fabulous location for either a beach holiday or discovering the Cote d'Azur. Everything you need is in walking distance - the wonderful French markets for fresh produce, the famous seafood restaurants, and of course the beach with all its many activities. (don't forget the fantastic shopping!). If you are feeling adventurous you are just 10 minutes from the station. Catch a train to visit Nice, Monaco and even Italy. Catch a ferry to the islands or to St Tropez. The bus station close by can take you inland to visit the famous Perfume capitol of Grasse and many hilltop villages.
