    • Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account) Food & wine supply on purchase cost plus 15% handling/admin, or minimum 500 Baht handling fee per shopping
    • Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Prime seasons)
    • Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 (ten) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
    • Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
    • Airport transfer: US$ 35 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car

I believe Mark is underselling his property on his website and on other links where he has put up information.
The property he has cannot be described, you have to experience the jaccuzis, the service (you get absolutely anything you want on a tray and served with a smile), Mark himself (he raises the bar every day that you are at the villa), the staff (always smiling and always helpful).
I have already recommended the property to all my mates, relatives, etc and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun trip and a personalized entertainment schedule
