This large apartment has 150m2 of living space, overlooking the sea and the mountains. All rooms in the apartment open directly onto the terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with modern furnishings throughout with huge satellite 32' LCD TV with foreign channels (mainly English) and DVD player. There is a separate kitchen with a 4 ring hob and oven, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and dishwasher, and a separate utility room with a washing machine.The apartment is equipped with a safe.It is only a few minutes walk to Playa Del Duque white sandy beach, with many refined restaurants and the famous Bahia Del Duque Hotel. The shopping centres are all within a 5 minutes walk, with supermarkets, banks, and the best shopping centres. Within a 10 minute walk is Playa Fanabe offering Bars, Restaurants, children entertainment and sports activities. Many sport activities are available including the exclusive Costa Adeje and Abama golf course.

LOCATION: The apartment is close to the Grand Hotel Costa Adeje, South-West of Tenerife. El Duque is an elite resort that successfully combines both serene, luxurious surroundings and close proximity to the main tourist centres of Costa Adeje (Fañabé, La Caleta etc.). There are many great beaches within a walking distance, including the exclusive 'Playa Del Duque' which is overlooked by the world-famous 5 star Hotel Bahía del Duque, one of the Leading Hotels of the World. This area has some of the best golf courses in Europe. Golf lovers will enjoy the superb Adeje 18 hole golf course (among the best views in the world). You could enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains while playing, and it's just 5 minutes away! From the terrace of this apartment, you can enjoy breakfast while watching parrots go by, extraordinary views of the yachts on the ocean, paragliding with colourful parachutes, and the luxurious Playa del Duque hotels and bungalows. Down the road are fitness/spas.

GENERAL INFORMATION: 2 HEATED SWIMMING-POOLS: one for adults and one for children. The complex is a residential one. Strict rules apply at the pool: no inflatables, no ball games, no glass (glass bottles or glasses), no food at the pool, no walking around in the corridors in a bathing suit or wet, no reservation of sunbeds etc... SECURITY: Receptionist at the main entrance during the day and a night watchman from midnight till 06.30AM. Complex is equipped with a video surveillance accessible trough internet (with an access code) from any place in the world. TELEVISION: you will get many English, French, Italian and German channels thanks to the internal dish of the complex and the private dish installed on the external wall of the terrace. CLEANING: Possible intermediary cleaning during your journey at an extra cost of 40€. TRANSFERS: Possible airport pick up. Please contact us for more information. SAFE is at your disposal WATER: Water is filtered and softened at the entrance of the building.

We had a fantastic week staying in this apartment at the end of Apil. There was plenty of room for the 3 adults and 2 boys in our party.. The apartment was clean,spacious and furnished to a high standard and we were made to feel very welcome.The apartment is situated within easy walking distance of supermarkets and resturants and the pool was really clean and quiet!,, We will definatly try and visit again next year. Thank you,

A Chilled Out Week in Terrazzas Del Duque II

My two friends and I have recently returned from a great week in Tenerife. We took advantage of the Transfer service offered by Danielle who owns the apartment and were met by Marc at the aiport. 25 mins and a cold beer later we were at the apartment. Danielle showed us around and I have to say that everything was even better than we had hoped.

The Apartment is big and very well furnished and equipped. The large terrace only catches the sun in the late afternoon, but with the weather being so nice, its good to have somewhere outside to avoid the direct sunshine. You are only 2 mins from the pool area which always has loads of free sunbeds so getting a tan is not a problem :-)

Having a fully equipped kitchen is great, and saved us lots of money, as eating out is not cheap with the strong Euro. There is a good supermarket 5 mins walk away, and banks next to the apartment. The main resort is about 20 mins walk downhill, but if you are of normal fitness then its no problem.

Fanabe is nice and friendly, but mainly family orientated. Good restaurnats and a few fun bars, but if you want a wild night out then head down to Playa De Las Americas.

My friends and I would highly recommend this apartment, and the friendly service we received from Danielle and Marc. If we head back to Tenerife one day, then we shall definitely stay here again!

October 2009 - Lovely Holiday

Just returned from Tenerife - had a lovely holiday with 14 days of sunshine . The apartment was very nice ,spacious ,well equiped ,well maintained & very clean .The location is not ideally situated for anyone elderly or with young children unless they have a hire car as it is at the rear of the main building which is at the top of a steep hill.
However that was the only downside to the apartment - the pool area is immaculate with plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas it is cleaned daily.
The access to the complex is very secure but remember to take your key ! The balcony gets sun mid afternoon onwards so ideal for an afternoon relax or meal at night .
Beach at Duque very clean - highly recommend - sun beds a bit expensive but worth it.
Great selection of restaurants - food very good quality .
The area itself is very upmarket with alot of top quality 5 star hotels - Daniel & Natalie very friendly & well organised nothing too much trouble - we arranged to be picked up at the airport & sure enough Marc was there to greet us.
Overall - highly recommended .

There is a very easy way inside the building via the main lift which leads to the main entrance in Calle Helsinki, and avoids the steep hill, I'll make sure to show it to my future clients. Even though, some clients prefer to be near the swimming-pool and some others prefer to be the main entrance (Which is closer to shops, restaurants etc..)
For your reference, I manage also a few apartements located near the main entrance of calle Helsinki.

Had a lovely holiday the apartment is excellent and the area is lovely.  The proprietors  looked after us extremely well and all arrangements were very efficient and everything as stated in the advertisement. I would have no hesitation in recomending this apartment.

We spent a wonderful holiday in this superb apartment. We were welcomed by Nathalie and Daniel, who were very professional and helpful. The apartment is just perfect, with everything one needs, comfortable beds, good quality furniture, great equipment, The complex is luxurious and the surroundings offer everything one needs (supermarkets, good restaurants, beach 5 minutes away). We definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and luxurious holiday.
