Villa La Colle Noire is a beautiful detached Provencal villa in the Provence with 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - private pool set in its extensive grounds of 7000m2 offering you privacy! Villa La Colle Noire is a villa of 140m2, comprising of a cosy oak beamed living room with fire place and French windows that open onto a large terrace. There is a large tastefully decorated main bedroom with 2 wash basins, shower area and toilet. Again a tastefully decorated double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Separate full bathroom. Lovely fully equipped oak kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, microwave. Utility room with washing machine and fridge/freezer. Outside this Provencal villa you will find all you need for poolside living. A mosaic tiled swimming pool, sun terraces with sun loungers, a superb terrace with patio furniture for outside dining, BBQ. Boules area and covered parking. Every effort has been made to make the villa as comfortable and convenient as possible for your holiday!

Lac St. Cassien is only 5 min. away and offers you a great day for swimming, canoe and pedalo hire, sailing. Fayence Gliding Centre offers you the possibility of flights 365 days a year. The prestigious 2 x 18 hole golf course Terre Blanche is located in Tourrettes and there are many other golf courses in the area. Fréjus is only 30 min.away and is a popular town. Outside Fréjus you will find wide, sand beaches stretching for 2 km and offering you everything for a great day at the beach!
