The apartment is on the ground floor in the Panorama Park complex, with full air conditioning and large balcony terrace. Situated just 400 metres from the beach and lovely coastal walks, the apartment is set in beautiful grounds with three pools, [one heated] and luxurious gardens, pitch & putt course, 24 hour security and lifts to all floors. Conveniently placed for airports;Alicante 40 minutes, Murcia 20 minutes, with wonderful choice of restaurants, shops, bars, banks and bus stop nearby. Accommodation comprises, large lounge with dining area, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc. 2 bedrooms, plus double bed settee in lounge. Airport pick up/drop off can be arranged.

A 5min drive to Torrevieja. 40min to Alicante airport or 20min to Murcia airport. 2 mins away you'll find shops, restaurants, bars, a bus & taxi service, news agent, supermarket, pharmacy, hair & Beauty Salons & Banks. All you could need! The region has perfect sandy beaches & plenty of golf. With many courses (4 of them being championship class) all within easy reach: La Manga & Mosa Trajectum are popular. All courses have a club house, pro shop, restaurant. Nearby there are 5 prestigious Golf Courses within a short drive from the apartment. The resort also benefits from its own Pitch & Put course. We have 3 beaches within walking distance - one only 300m away. Towards Torrevieja there is a beautiful beach with a back drop of tropical Palm Trees, on the seafront next to the Nautilus Bar (great food, fantastic views) there is a small, enclosed beach & towards Playa Flamenca is our local beach at old Punta Prima. Further along there is even a nudist beach! Local activities diving.

Had a great week to complete our stay in Spain - Derek [owner] evry helpful - the local beach / shoreline very nice. Enjoyed our evening drinks in Sundowner Bar on beach plus lovely food at Puccini's at the top of the road. Other bars a bit too British for us but generally a lovely stay - the apartment was great!
