Luxury ground floor or penthouse holiday apartment, 50 metres from the beach. This small scale complex with 56 privately owned apartments has two large swimming pools and a separate children's pool, outside toilets and showers. Each apartment has its own designated parking space. The complex is fully secured with remote controllable gates. We rent out a 2-bedroom penthouse apartment with sea view with 70m2 of terraces, divided over two floors. The apartment is situated on a corner. All amenities within walking distance: bars, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlour, pharmacy, etc. Just 3 kms from Denia centre.

Denia, the gateway to the Costa Blanca, a prosperous, light-filled town, offers everything that the most demanding people may wish for: unbeatable installations and natural surroundings for sports lovers: golf, tennis, sailing, fishing, scuba-diving and all that without having lost its typical Spanish identity. It is situated halfway between Alicante and Valencia and can easily be reached by motorway from the international airports of these cities (6o miles). Denia is situated around a natural harbour at the foot of the mountain Montgó (753 metres). The harbour divides the coast in two: to the north (Las Marinas) there are miles and miles of sandy beaches with shallow water and to the south (Las Rotas) there are rocky beaches. The quiet streets of the old part blend well with a modern centre which presents a varied commercial and cultural offer. A magnificent fishing and commercial port links it daily to the Balearic Islands.

The description of the appartement is correct. The pool-area was clean and quiet, this is all so counts for the appartement. Beach and restaurants are really quite near. The nearby supermarket is a small one. But the are some large supermarkets in the city. The owner is verry friendly and the key delivery was just in time. We would recommend this appartement to friends and family. Reservation and monetary transactions was without any problems and pretty easy. We'll do it again.

Die Angaben zu dem Appartement sind korrekt. Die Pool-landschaft war sauber und ruhig, was auch für das Apartement selbst gilt. Strand und Restaurants sind wirklich in der Nähe. Der genannte Supermarkt ist allerdings sehr klein, für das Nötigste jedoch reicht er. Mehrere große Supermärkte befinden sich aber in der Stadt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und die Schlüsselübergaben erfolgten pünktlich und reibungslos. Wir können dieses Appartement mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Reservierung und Zahlungsverkehr waren problemlos. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.
