6 Wochen keinen Aufzug,bei Ankunft 35 Minuten
warten bis wir den Schlüssel bekamen .DieFrau,obwohl in der gleichen Anlage gewohnt ließ sich sehr viel Zeit.
Die Wohnung komplett vergammelt und verdreckt,habe 3
TAGE GEPUTZT und desinfisziert,Plastikvorhänge komplett
zerschlissen und gestunken,habe von dem alten Plastikgestank ,!!gefährliche Dämpfe!! sehr starke Kopfschmerzen mit Übelkeit bekommen!!! Sonnenschirm defekt !! Terassenmöbel überhaupt vergammelt!!!
Waren froh wie die 3 Monate um waren.
Obwohl wir gefragt haben ob es für ältere Leute mit kranken Herzen geeignet ist ,es wurde gesagt ja!! konnte
mein Mann die Anlage nicht verlassen,da es sehr steil bergauf geht bis man die Anlage erreicht.!!

Ferieenwohnung mit herrlichem Panoramablick

Das 1-Raum-Appartment besteht aus einem kleinen Wohn-, Küchenbereich und Schlafabteilung, das Doppelbett ist 1,90m mal 2 m gross, der Lattenrost und die Bretter im Bett werden in der Mitte durch einen Quaderstein gestützt, der Schlafbereich ist durch einen Vorhang abtrennbar zum Sitzbereich hin. Der Schlafbereich ist etwa 7 qm gross, der Wohnbereich mit dem Küchenanteil etwa 20qm, das Bad ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit kleiner Waschmaschine, Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit in der Badewanne. Ein Einbaukleiderschrank befindet sich im Schlafbereich.Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine etc sind vorhanden.
Das beste an der Wohnung ist der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Patalavaca, Anfi del Mar-Hotel usw.. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft mit sehr schönem Blick, der Rest etwas hinter den Anforderungen der heutigen Zeit zurück. Viel Insektenspray mitbringen gegen Kakerlaken.
